These terms explain your use of One More alongside the applicable Apple licence and store terms.

1. About these terms and the app
One More is Torvi Studio's photo booth for iPhone and iPad. These terms cover use of the app, its content tools, purchases and connected services. App Store downloads and purchases also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for your region. The page describes the public mobile version, not development-only experiments.
2. License and responsible use
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard EULA applies to App Store downloads unless a custom licence is supplied. These app-specific terms supplement rather than replace that licence. Do not falsify purchases, bypass access controls or use the app to infringe another person's rights. Statutory rights and applicable open-source licences remain unaffected.
3. Purchases and access
Free use lets you try both editors, take photos, save templates and export with the standard watermark. Basic is a one-time purchase removing that watermark from classic designs with your own text and paper colour. Custom and library designs still have the watermark. Plus includes Basic, the full editor, library/custom designs without the standard watermark and your own logo/watermark settings. Plus Upgrade is a separate one-time product for Basic owners with the same Plus access. It is not a third feature tier. Basic's price is not automatically deducted by Apple. Check the product and local price shown before purchase. The public mobile app offers no subscription.
4. Restoring purchases and refunds
Restore eligible purchases from the purchase screen in Settings using the same purchasing Apple Account. Local Xcode tests, TestFlight tests and App Store purchases have separate histories. Restoration depends on the account, verified entitlements and service availability; it is not guaranteed to be immediate. Contact support if access is missing. For refund requests use Apple's refund process. This does not limit statutory remedies or restore your photo library.
5. Your photos, designs and guests
You retain your rights to your own photos, text, logos and imported designs. You must have the rights needed to import, photograph, display, print and share content. Inform guests about capture, retention, audience screens and any sharing; obtain permissions where required, particularly for children. Camera access granted by a host is not guest consent. We do not acquire ownership of your photos through these terms. Exported JPEGs retain the watermark they were created with; a later purchase does not rewrite existing files.
6. Storage and platform services
Local storage, optional private iCloud sync, selected exports and printing are distinct. Sync runs while the app is active, requires available storage and connectivity, and is not an independent historical backup. Keep copies of important memories. Turning sync off does not erase content already in iCloud. The app requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later; the Watch companion requires watchOS 10 or later and a compatible setup. AirPlay, external displays, remote controls and printers depend on hardware and system support. Not every Bluetooth button, external camera or printer is supported.
7. Sharing and connected displays
The guest booth runs on the host's device. Local remote shutter control is not an online guest gallery. Sharing sheets, exports, AirPrint and audience screens may disclose photos to recipients you choose, who can retain copies. Party cloud sharing, guest download links, direct Instax printing, automatic printing and development-only Duo features are not promised as part of the public mobile version. Availability of a standalone TV app or Mac version is not promised here.
8. Privacy and deletion
See the privacy policy and support guide. There is no separate Torvi Studio account to delete. Removing an event does not automatically remove its completed photos. Local deletion/uninstallation does not delete iCloud data, exported copies or Apple purchase history. The explicit delete-from-all-devices action propagates a memory deletion when sync succeeds; deletion metadata is retained to prevent reappearance.
9. Availability and changes
Functions and online services can be interrupted or change for compatibility, security or legal reasons. We will provide notices and remedies where required by law; these terms do not reserve an unrestricted right to remove paid access. Prices and descriptions displayed at purchase govern that purchase. Future features or beta experiments are not a commitment to include them. The revision date identifies this text.
10. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights if digital content is defective. Contact us about missing purchases or features that do not work as described. Apple's refund process does not replace statutory claims against the provider. Norwegian consumers can seek guidance from Forbrukerrådet.
